Alive (with pleasure)—Neil Hamburger
It was Friday the 13th of May in 2011. A group of disturbed young men had gathered for a stag party in the back room of Zelo Pizzeria in Arcadia, California. Slices were slung. Soft drinks were served. And then, America's comic genius, Neil Hamburger, walked through the door and delivered an impromptu set that many consider one of the greatest joke marathons ever conceived.
Luckily for those of us who weren't in Arcadia that day, a bootleg recording was made of this magic moment in comedy history. However, this record was removed from the market for some time due to spurious legal claims. After several complicated civil court filings, and counter-claims made by certain parties, we are pleased to once again make available the limited edition pink vinyl 7-inch record that many unnamed experts in the entertainment industry are calling a "holy grail of stand up."
